Exceptional leave of absence form

We follow the Local Authority’s guidance regarding requests for children to be absent from school during term time. Holidays and other absences during term time will not normally be authorised unless there are exceptional circumstances. Parents wishing to request an absence should submit an Exceptional Leave of Absence form (below) to the Headteacher in advance. Each request will be considered in line with the Local Authority’s guidance and current school attendance regulations.
